This includes 1 visit per year. Customer will choose to receive service on the AC OR the Heating equipment. What does it include?
AIR CONDITIONING
​1. Replace air filters
2. Check thermostat
3. Tigthen electrical connections
4. Inspect & Test electrical components
5. Inspected ductwork
6. Clean evaporator & condenser coil
7. Inspect refrigerant lines
8. Measure refrigerant pressure
9. Clear drain line
10.Test operation
